  1. Where I live, you buy a car or motorcycle or you don't get to work. I bought a brand new Toyota Camry fully equipped for 19K. That's not a lot, compared to some luxo cars.

  2. Vanity for some. some folks just like nice cars.

  3. Why do people pay $100 or more for jeans? Why do people in California pay $500,000 for a 1000 sq. foot house when in Kentucky you pay $90,000? Why do people pay $1,000 for a purse? Why do people buy WATER? Why do people drink alcohol and drive?

  4. I've put over $1,500 in my car (comfort and radio). But I drive 75 miles to and from work, depending on traffic its at least 45 minutes a day, so it was well worth it for me.

  5. People like cars and they have so much money they don't know what to do with it so they blow it on a car.

  6. Have you ever driven a Mercedes Benz E350 Sports Series? My Dad has one.. you'll know why when you do. The acceleration is smooth as silk and fast. The breaks are perfectly smooth. You have space to spread out, nice leather seats, sweet sound system, adjustable seats and mirrors with a button pad, and you look cool.

If you have money for one, then 60 grand is all right. I don't have the money so I drive a Nissan, but my Dad has been working for 40 years so he can afford it.
