In Arizona it is Legal. So legal that I rarely see a cop who isn't on their own cell phone while driving.

I wish someone would do some accident statistics regarding cell phone use.

Because they are better drivers than most.

They know they are at much greater risk of killing someone, so they are focussing more intently on the road therefore their hazard awareness is greater.

At least that is their perception.

you are more likely to be fined for smoking in a public area than killing a child while driving and using your mobile.

Because they're mad if I see someone using they're mobile i always toot them. they'll eventually get caught and get points on they're licence.

Because they are selfish and have no consideration for other drivers on the road hence that's why accidents happen.

Mine is always switched off when I am driving and should people want to contact me then they will have to try again.

They havent banned smoking and stuff in cars and they are making up all these new laws and building speed cameras and things.

My dad drives a 4x4 and soon will have to pay £1k car tax a year and we saw a smaller car pump out TWICE AS MUCH CO2!!!   ITS THE GREEDY IDIOTS THAT RUN ENGLAND.

Because they are totally self centred morons, who are convinced that they are such good drivers they couldn't possibly cause an accident.  The rest of us know they are wrong and I hope that they all get fined frequently until they get the message.
