Why do people tag photos on hi5?

cauuse my friend keeps tagging my photos,and he wants me to tag them back..reply asap.=]]

when you tag it just means that your in the picture with them and when you run the mouse over the picture then your name will pop up 2 say its you. you can usually tag yourself so i dont know why he is trying to make you tag him, unless he means the pictures in your album??

I don't know about hi5 but on another site if you wish to copy someones picture then you must tag that picture with your id .. that way they know who copied them to keep up with your picture on the web.
