i noticed something when i was watching tropic thunder the other day. the part where tom cruise's character was dancing to the applebottom jeans song..my foot was tapping. i didnt make it tap either, it was like an unconscious behavior i just noticed that for like the entire song i was tapping. then when the music stops, i stop. its like the music goes through me and my foot's tapping is activated by music. its so weird because i do without thinking or notice. why?

  1. Its a natural reaction. When you here music that you like or that interested you its either you tap our foot, bop your head, tap you hand on your leg or start making beats with your hands.

  2. I have the same thing.  No matter the type of music.  I feel it inside, and it moves through me.  I've been dancing for years as well so I just can't help myself.  I'm also trained in tap so when my ear hears a sound, my foot wants to automatically follow by imitating the sounds.  I'll start tapping my foot, snapping, bobbing my head, and things like that.  Just keeping the rhythm with the music.  Music does that to me.

I don't think it's weird at all.  Actually I think it's more weird when people don't feel the music and just stand there!  I cant fathom not getting vibe off the melody.  I don't try to hide it, instead I embrace it and just enjoy the musical moment!

Keep that foot-a-tappin'!  Hope this helps!

  3. That means the aliens got you too. I would suggest consulting your nearest anti-alien freak, honestly, once you start to lose control of your body, it all goes downhill from there. DON'T LET THEM GET TO YOU!
