  3. maybe some have appointments like hospital or doc appointments and have no choice?

For the same reason that banks & Post Offices are queued out with pensioners & the unemployed at lunchtime-too many of them have long forgotten the trials of the working day.And yes OK it is a free country-but if I were retired I wouldn't want to spend longer than I had too queueing either so I'd make a point of being there when it's quieter.

  5. I do understand why this makes you angry but we do not know peoples circumstances and they may have a valid reason.

  6. It is OK, the UK government have a solution called road pricing when it costs three times as much to drive in rush hour them shoppers may be tempted to wait!!!
