Why do people think Nadal sucks?

I honestly can't think of one reason. He is an amazing tennis player. What's with the abuse?

Nadal is a great player. However, I do feel he is a bit of a show off. When I saw him he was losing to Youghzny pretty badly. When Nadal scored a point Nadal went all nuts and the crowd loved it. I think he's a little too much.

He is an amazing player, that is a fact !!!  It is just hard for some of us Federer fans to see our hero go down in flames this season. Nadal is doing everything that we wanted Federer to do this year. No, he doesn't suck. It just sucks for us to see what is happening to our guy.

honestly, I don't think anyone thinks Nadal sucks. What is this abuse you speak of? Like the guy said above, there have been many many other players who get much more abuse

Quite frankly, some people just can't stand the fact that he's taking over as the new No. 1. Even if you're not a big fan, you have to respect Nadal for his work ethic and all of his accomplishments. Without him, there would've been no one to seriously challenge Federer for the past couple of years. Anyone who can take Roger Federer to 5 sets at Wimbledon and take the Wimbledon crown away from him, deserves much recognition. He is the new face of men's tennis and it's time he got the credit and respect he so truly deserves. Vamos!!!!

Because they aren't too happy that he's taking over the tennis world. I mean come on, if he sucks how did he beat Federer twice in two Grand Slam finals? how did he just win the Olympic Gold Medal ? You're right. I can't find any reason.

Im not sure, the only word that comes to mind is Jealously !!! Rafael Nadal is an amazing athlete and such a top guy. Its great to have such a down to earth, humble, sportsman at the top of the tennis game :) Rafa is just a class act and deserves the #1 spot. I think maybe people are a little sad and angry that Nadal dethroned Roger at Wimbledon and now he`s overtaking his #1 ranking :P Vamos Rafa
