Why do people think animals can't love?

Why do humans put animals below them? Here is proof to me that animals are loving, and on an equal scale to mankind. What say you?

That is such a wonderful video. People who think animals are below them have never truly gotton to know what animals are all about. One of the many virtues they possess and practice freely is forgiveness. Some people are cruel to their pets and yet they remain loyal to them and still love them.

You're asking very different questions here. I can't watch the video, but I'll answer your questions.

From my experience, most animals are very loving and create bonds with people, no question about it. If someone doesn't think an animal is capable of loving (in there own way) then they probably never had a loyal pet which I think is a shame.

As far as putting animals below humans that depends on what you mean. I don't believe animals should be abused or mistreated, but I wouldn't say they are equals to the human race either. They deserve to be treated kindly, be well cared for, and respected, but my dog is not my equal.

If you had to choose between saving a human life and saving an animal life I would be concerned if you chose the animal over a person. I love animals, but I can't agree that they are equal to humans.

i say animals are more loving than humans. a doggie would never leave u no matter how old u gotten, or fat or thin or young or old or anything...  a doggie loves u for his/her life. I adore animals i think they give the best love in the world.
