I asked questions about young men getting vasectomies. Can somebody why some people who are parents have a problem with young men having vasectomies?

I know they might regret it because they might find a woman who might want kids. If I was in that situation, I dump the girl if she's stubborn on having kids.

Now why do people think its wrong for men to have a vasectomy? And whats wrong with not wanting kids?

  1. Although it is possible to reverse a vasectomy, it doesn't always reverse.  This make is close to being permanent.  People are just concerned that a young person doesn't make a youthful decision that they will regret later.  Your feelings could and will probably change in 10yrs, so be sure you would want to to this.  You could also store sperm in a sperm bank just in case you would want the option of fathering children later.

  2. I would never get one, but if you feel its that necessary, then go get one, and keep it to yourself. No one has to know any of your business.

  3. I personally think there needs to be more guys like you in the world! There are enough single mom's in the world as it is,so good for you if you want to have a vasectomy.Besides last time I checked that's your own personal decision to do what you want with your own body.As I am also pro-choice.It's up to me to decide what happens if I was to unfortunately get pregnant.I mean I take every precaution there is,but if something was to happen where I got pregnant.I wouldn't want to be stuck with a baby that I was trying to prevent in the first place.Don't listen to what other people say, they're just trying to get you to ruin your life by having kids. That was sarcasm by the way, please don't flame me.Or better yet if you were to get one why would anyone but you have to know?Just don't tell anyone.

  4. Some people believe that using contraception (ie artificial methods to stop a woman becoming pregnant) is wrong, because of reasons to do with religion or personal conviction.

Some men won't get a vasectomy because they wrongly believe that it will affect their masculinity.

There's nothing wrong with not wanting kids.  Remember though that people who don't want kids when they're young sometimes change their minds as they get older - even guys!!  A vasectomy is pretty hard to reverse, so it might not be a good option for a young guy who hasn't had a family yet.

  5. There is a solution to this. You simply have your vasectomy and don't make it anyone's business. It's your life, and then this whole thing is solved. You don't discuss it with anybody, you don't create any drama, you simply make an appointment with the doctor and have it done. Then when people ask you say I got cut because that was what I wanted to do with my life.

  6. Nothing is wrong.  I had a vasectomy when I was 21.  I never had children.  I am now 42, and still feel it was the best thing I ever did.

Most people are not all that well s*x educated.  They don’t even know what a vasectomy is, or why men get them.  I think they are just speaking out of ignorance.

Also most people don’t know how to “think outside the box”.  They actually believe that having children is compulsory.

  7. Yes, you're right, every young man should have a vasectomy.

And in 80 years time, the last few people around can look back and say

"That f*cking idiot Mr. Distrust, destroying the human race".

    Hello, common sense, vasectomy's bad.

  8. there's nothing wrong with not having kids. you can adopt if your wife changed her mind. it all depends on the partner if she wants kids.

  9. they might not want to bring kids into this cruel world, so they get fixed so they can,t make kids. at least if you have s*x with a woman, she can,t say you got her pregnant and if she takes you to court for child support, you have something to tell the judge.
