Why do people think that I am g*y when I am not?

I am a 20 year old boy. I live in NY. I am 5'7 1/2" and weigh 128 lbs and my measurements are 34-26-35.

People say I am g*y because that my voice sounds feminine, but it is my voice I always had since I was like 12. And, people say I'm g*y because I love shopping and wearing designer clothes. Also, they say I am g*y because I am so thin, but I care about my health and image, and because I look years younger than my actual age. you dont sound g*y to me..a lot of people are like that at school.  who cares if they call you g*y. your not so it doesnt matter what others think.  people call me fat and im 99 pounds..so i guess all we can do is ignore it

Maybe because of the gender stereotypical world we live in. The world we live in has two categories: Manly Men and Beautiful Women. According to gender stereotypes, REAL men are suppose to act MANLY and work out and watch football and play football and drink beer. stereotypical women are suppose to cook and clean and go shopping and stay thin.

You are NOT g*y and it is because of the world that we live in that we have to deal with this.

Just tell them they are g*y and they'll shut up.
