  1. And sleep deprivation and waterboarding.  And most are being held without formal charges, trials or any rights.  Oh, and by the way, many of them aren't Iraqi, were never in Iraq.  Moreover, most folks in Iraq BEFORE the invasion had adequate food, water and electricity.

  2. nope we always treat our pows good

our enemys behead them torture them and starve them

all we do is water board them ( our own soldiers are put threw water boarding as part of their training its not that bad)

  3. Why are they being held in guantanamo rather than somewhere like texas or upstate ny?

You sound like a nasty version of Forest Gump.

  4. You're kidding, right?  It's estimated that up to 90 percent of those held did absolutely nothing wrong, yet they were taken from their country, their homes, their families, and put into a prison.

Since you find this to be acceptable treatment, give us your address and I'll send someone over to get you.

  5. Because holding people illegally is generally thought of as bad treatment.

  6. And, no hope of being set free anytime soon... sounds great.  I'm sure a lot of impoverished people would love to live in a cage for the priviledge of indoor plumbing, particularly if they haven't done anything criminal!

  7. They aren't POW's first of all.  They are something the maniacs in Washington, DC came up with--"enemy combatants"  Many of them were turned in by people who wanted the bounty that was offered for Al Caeda members.  None were confronted with charges against them ( it is called habeus corpus under American law) and most, it turns out after 5 years, had nothing to do with any military resistance against the US or anything!

So lights in your eyes 24 hours in an open cage like a dog appeals to you and not being able to write to your family?  Hmm and you like the bag over your head and being transported in chains?  So your rallying cry might be : give me 3 meals a day, shower and indoor plumbing or give me death!
