  1. Why do people think there is a cure for cancer?  The story goes that "they" are keeping it from "us" to make sure we die.  I guess that is the reason a human being would work to find the mystery for a large company and the researcher and the company would spend the effort.  Find the discovery then destroy it or hide it!!   If that makes sense to anyone, then those are the people who "believe" in water power cars at a price within the range of a person with less than ten million dollars or so.

  2. It's a quackery, the equivalent of the Wild West Medicine Man's wagon.  I know of know no one who is burning water for fuel in their car.

  3. Because it has been done. Unfortunately, they cost a fortune to build and don't generate near the horsepower of regular car. They used a catalyst to evolve the hydrogen gas from the H2O, and it isn't very productive, nor efficient. Most water engines were mounted in motorcycles where the horsepower requirements are small. They are just not viable for general use.

  4. Because they want something to believe in.
