Why do people think they can tame wild animals?

you can take the animal out of the wild but you can never take the wild out of the animal and yes I feel for the poor animal when by instinct it defends itself and media outrage condemns the animal and it gets put down .What about the human that removed this wild creature they should suffer the same fate as the animal

Good point, humans are wild animals with cars and we have yet to tame them, and when they bite just like wild animals ,we cage them too.

Nature will always triumph.

I feel like if i want to i could tame a wild animal it is all about the way you are with the animal. Say it is a polar bear then if you give it fish from a distance. Or if you help a cub and take care of it until it is old enough it would not hurt you unless you hurt them.
