  1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asian_Flush...

It is the similar but more mild for other people.

  2. Alcohol dilates your blood vessels (which would likely lower your blood pressure, not raise it).  That can make you flush or feel warmer.

However, that can be dangerous in cold weather when your body starts shutting off your extemities to preserve heat. Alcohol may warm your fingers and toes, but can result in too much heat loss (hypothermia).

  3. WELL...NOT ALL PPL TURN RED.

  4. In general, blood pressure increases.

  5. When people have had alcohol their emotions are much more heightened and true passions/ feelings come to the fore. This can be happiness as well as anger or sadness.

Personally it can affect me in all ways and depends on the current stresses or whether I am really happy at the time. If you witness something really horrible in your job, or you have had a bereavement it can help dull images and help you to chill.  It can help you to have fun and happiness as well. If it makes you excessively aggressive that's when you need to stop.

  6. it raises your blood pressure

  7. efflandt  above has the closest answer so far, although some people's pigmentation does not cause the red-skin experience when the blood vessels release the histamine after they become dilated

You might find that a lot of this is the result of genetics, and background.
