Why do people who are clearly bored with McCann questions still feel compelled to answer them?

Because they are unique in the annals of parents of missing children in that they attacked the police from the start, refused to answer police questions or take part in a reconstruction.  They insist there should be no search for a body because she is alive!!!

It seems in their arrogance they think that only their opinion counts and that if they try and intimidate it will stop the questions. It won't though.
