Why do people who ask stupid questions expect sane answers?

people have been making up random questions about stupid celebrities lately, and i'm getting rather sick of it. they're all, "OHEMGEE MILEY CYRUS HAS A BFFL WHOS LIKE 23!!" and "THE JOBROS ARE LIKE TTLY BREAKING UP!!?!?!" and it's so asinine! really!

why do people who ask such, ridiculous, hyperactive questions expect us to give them answers that are just as ridic? and also, why do they get mad when we tell them to get a life?
