I've seen it a lot in movies. But I don't think I've ever heard a reason. Is there one?

  1. it's their gums they are rubbing, not their teeth, it's usually if there's any cocaine left, after snorting it, they will pick up the left over cocaine with their finger and rub it on their gums because it causes a numbing sensation

  2. they rub it on their gums not their teeth.  It makes your mouth really numb and its a pretty pleasant feeling.

  3. The one time I did cocaine, I couldn't feel my entire face and especially my mouth. When you snort cocaine some of it drips down the back of your throat. If you try to suck it out it fills your mouth and makes it numb. Afterwards you just want to touch your teeths because you cant feel them.

  4. they rub it on their gums, no teeth.

gums are thin enough for the coke to be absorbed into the blood.

  5. Because it numbs their gibs.  At least that's why my friends and I did it.  Also, it's a waste of coke to brush it off the mirror.  That S**t costs $50-$100 per gram!

  6. to test ow strong the coca is.

wen placed on the tongue, the tongue goes numb and thats the same 4 the gums.

its like the injection u get fron the dentists.

    just feels weird/awkward

  7. Cocaine is expensive and people hate to waste it.  After the lines have been inhaled, it leaves residue on the mirror, or other surface.  This is wiped up with a finger and rubbed on the gums.  From there it is easily absorbed in to the bloodstream.

  8. because it numbs your whole mouth...it's kinda like novacaine.  I used to do that stuff a long long time ago and I used to rub it all over my mouth and put it on the tip of cigarettes.  I know it's bad, I don't do it anymore but that is the reason why.  Don't try it!

  9. it is like to see if it is any good!  And when you do things like that it will make your teeth eventually into chalk.

  10. Probably to dislodge the cocaine stuck in their teeth so they can get a small high.

I'm not sure.  Makes sense to me though.  Not that I've ever tried cocaine or any other drugs for that matter, though.

    Nasty.
