Why do people who say HHO-assist for gasoline engines is a scam, also say that you can't violate the laws of physics? Physics only determines the upper limit, and why do people think internal combustion engine output is 100% efficient, so you can't get any more energy out of gasoline?

So much research is being done on improving gas combustion, of course gasoline can be burned effciently. Is HHO the answer? probably not, but it can probably help stretch fuel further until car companies totally revamp the gas engine that's been around for decades.

So who else out there thinks HHO is a scam?

  1. Not necessarily a scam per se, however what is misleading is that it takes more energy to crack H2O into HHO than you would get as energy from the final product.

A far more impressive gain in performance can be obtained by adding 5% Toluene to petrol.

  2. When you electrocute water, you break the molecular bond of water (H20) and separate the components into Hydrogen and Oxygen (2H 2O). As separated, these combust at a rate more powerful than gasoline and are rebound back to H2O once combusted.

It's very simple. The technology has been around for over a century. It just hasn't been somewhat practical until now.

With a gasoline engine turning an alternator and providing the energy to cause the electrolysis reaction, HHO gas (oxyhydrogen gas) can indeed increase gas mileage in an internal combustion engine.

There are factors involved as to how well gas mileage will be effected (such as Oxygen sensors in each vehicle that will regulate the gasoline/oxygen ratio differently at stoich), but fact is that HHO will combust at ignition temperature.
