  1. Son of a Four star Admiral. Attended College at naval Academy. His retire pay is more than the most senior enlisted!


  2. "Wet-Start Johnny".

    It has to do with a method of starting a jet engine that he often employed. It resulted in a tragic fire on one occasion.
