Why do people worry about viruses? THey have all the anti-virus, and they act like a virus would blow them up

Yeah but i mean the minor viruses, people get in a fus over a virus that would get picked up the second it entered your system and that would only empty your recycle bin

Stinkers are writing new virus programs all the time.  Even if you have the best anti-virus software on the market, it's no guarantee you won't be screwed over.  Best bet is to check for updates to your anti-virus software at least once a month, and keep track of new and potential problems via the literature, and upgrade your system periodically.  Yes, a virus can blow you up - or at least, your computer.  There are those which can erase your hard drive or so mangle the data on it that it won't function any more.  And for some of us, that's as serious as a submarine with a screen door!

because if a virus hits unexpected and you have special stuff on your pc that you havent backed up??? well its gone and then what... its darn annoying and thats me being polite.

earlier this year i picked up a bug  but I am a back up fiend

I had bought a maxtor and it was full of stuff?

my pc blew and i lost everything but wasnt concerned as I had backed up?

guess what   i had cleverly backed the virus up on to maxtor and that was working with Mcaffee  which i have since got rid of?

I have something called NOD32 now and hoping that will work better?!

Erm becouse some people program viruses liek trogens really stong that you anti virus database cant protect it so then the trogen stilsl your contact details and our credit card number etc. add more viruses use your brain there dodgye people
