  1. I think worrying is a form of self control we would like to think that we are in charge of our lives but sometimes its just down luck and destiny and we worry about things that we feel we have no control over

  4. It's a bad habit. People who worry about things are concerned about losing control. Often their parents worried a lot, so they grew up with that as a role model of behavior.

The hormone adrennalin is released in the body,that is why people worry and have stress.Adrennalin was designed for the body by God to react in times of trouble,for instance if youre life is in danger,to run or fight.In the 21st century our body's re-adapted and no adrennalin is released most of the day and our body's is not designed for that much adrennalin,and it causes a different reaction as supposed to do. Like worry and stress.
