  1. Green card holder have the same rights as a US citizen however they  are *NOT* US citizens therefore they do not have the right to vote. We pay our taxes just the same as a US citizen.

    To give the power of the vote to illegals would be a joke, what message does that send out to the world? Here are a group of people who have not followed the US law to gain entry to the US and do not have the right to work or live here and you would like them to have the power of the vote! There have no rights to be here in the first place, why should they be rewarded with the right to  vote
