Why do pimples come back in the same spot?

I am always curious as to why when I get pimples, not a LOT of them just about maybe 1 of them a month or 2. I am in my 30's but even in high school this was a problem. The pimples take turns going in different place but places they were at before. I always get one on my chin or on my forehead right side, sometimes on the side of my face either side.

I am just curious as to why? I mean I am happy with just 1 pimple every couple of months but it is like they are taking shifts and will always come back in the same place it was before!

Someone enlighten me please..LOL

i realize that if i'm constantly touching my face in the same spot that i tend to get pimples there, just from the oil on my fingers.

and sometimes i'll notice that i get pimples in the same spot on my shoulder a lot, and figured out that i slept with my hand on my shoulder; and when i broke that habit i stopped getting pimples there. :P

I'm guessing you are you left handed.

When you concentrate you rest your head or chin on your palm, compressing your pores and leaving oils from you hands on your skin.

As your hormones fluctuate, they come and go where you've been touching your face subconciously all day.
