Question:

Why do plastic people scare me?

I'm one of those people who can tell whose had plastic surgery right away. I work at a store where many rich people (especially women) buy wine and some of them have had major plastic surgery/botox to their face and b***s. But for some reason people with plastic surgery make me feel really uncomfortable, kinda like I'm not looking at a human at all. Whether its alot of surgery or a little nose job or just botox, I still feel uncomfortable(the best word to describe how I feel). Plus, I have a hard time looking them in the eye when its time to check their wine out. Even though I'm not having this reaction/feeling intentionally, it just comes when I see people with plastic surgery done to their face/body on tv and in the real world.

Is it weird to feel like this or maybe even wrong if I can't help it?

  1. people fear what they dont understand. maybe you cant understand why people do this to their body. some look at it as destroying their body, others look at it like it makes them beautiful. now, some people go a bit over board with it, like they really look plastic. others, you cant really tell. its nothing to be nervous about. some look at plastic surgery like others look at dieing their hair. dont be rude if you can help it. i know people stare and gawk, but, try not to :) you never know the reason behind it.

  2. Well plastic surgery is very unnatural, so a fear of it is quite rational.
