Why do players put a bounty on themselves when playing myspace heroes?

  1. The players that do this make sure they are strong, well armed, and have a very large guild.  They'll amass many victories and kills due to the amount of weaker, poorly armed and smaller guilds that try to attack them.

    Keep in mind, since you can only attack a player of your level or of a higher level, lots of new players end up attacking people way out of their league, thus earning that higher level player a win and sometimes even a kill every time they get attacked by someone like this.

    That's how people like the Destroyer and Camaro Nut (currently two of the highest kill count players) did it.  I saw them leaving comments on each others stats pages talking about making sure they "have enough money to heal" and "going back on bounty".  Apparently they put themselves up for bounty, then go into the church and keep healing while they get attacked so nobody kills them for a while.
