On the nutritional info on the package, right after it says 9 grams, it also states that it is not a significant source of protein. I consider 9 grams significant. Is it like some fake protein that isn't really protein?

  1. Ditto, Fizzle.

I cannot picture a health nut at the end of the day:

"Oh, I need some protein, better reach for the pork rinds. . ."

    It just doesn't happen.

  2. No, it just reinforces the fact that you eat pork rinds for fun and not for any nutritional benefit.  Anyone who eats pork rinds for their nutritional value is in deep, deep trouble.
