poverty exist because there has to be a balance .Its the haves verses the have nots.

I echo everything that Special Unicorn has said, adding only that, some people continually make bad choices, causing their own insurmountable odds.  This does not imply stupidity, for even smart people make poor choices.

some people are un willing to give hard effort to work or there unable to work.As a whole group theres many reasons.Family problems, born into poverty,illness,drugs,lazyness.etc

Lack of resources and education in a capitalist country, lack of government in third world countries, and disasters that strike leaving people with little to go back to.
