Its just a screamer. Which means after you finish a level (level 3), a scary face pops up and screams. Not too scary, just play. (Hint: Right click and left click on the red to finish the maze quicker)

I cant click it because of my spyware. But if its a maze at the end a face will pop-up. Actually the face is off of the move. The Excorist of the little girl with the scars on her face same picture is on a video called "Say It Once"
