Why do ppl try to control other ppl thoughts ?

and feelings for instance. They tell you how you feel and they are serious about how you should feel about a situation. like your feelings should be their feelings and get mad when you don't feel that way.

It has to do with low self esteem. They want to believe in their heart that they no more  about your than you do about yourself. These people usually want to be right about everything they say. I have a sister and a daughter just like this and I hate it.

When I told my daughter I was kidding about something she swear that I was not. My sister swears she knows more about my life than me, I don't know how that is possible when she lives in NC and I in Texas.

idk...but i know how you feel. one of my friends is totally like anti-government, but I'm pretty much as patriotic as they come. He's always trying to change me...it gets REALLY annoying...

and probably cuz people want everything THEIR way...they want to control EVERYTHING!
