  1. Probably because BluRay discs are more expensive than HD-DVD...

  2. I think it's because ps3 games use a blu-ray disc which is more hi def and more expensive than regular xbox 360 DVDs. The Blu ray disc cost more to manufacture than regular DVDs.

  3. lol in england ps3 games are cheaper than the xbox 360 games

  4. um, wow.... both standard ps3 and xbox 360 games are all $60, ps3 games ARE NOT MORE thats a load of bs and u and ur friend dont kno what ur talking about

  5. because the ps3 graphics are blu-ray and xbox 360 has hd so blu-ray is more expensive!.

  6. Like ben said. And also maybe because the ps3 is newer, Has not been out that long?

  7. The answer is simple. Because they are worth it. You have to factor in the month cost of XBOX live and then the extra cost to update Xbox games as in the Map packs for Call of Duty 4 etc...

  8. Because the PS3 system is a more advanced system and is therefore more capable of playing games. The games for the PS3 are better than the Xbox 360 for they use a different disc and can hold more memory. Also, maybe Microsoft isn't as greedy as Sony. Oh yeah, GTA 4 for the 360 is more expensive than the PS3 version.

  9. I would say, in general, because it's much tougher to design and program games for the PS3 due to it's Cell Processor. Xbox 360 has a simple, tried and true intel-based processor, so it's much simpler.
