  1. The drain line is clogged. Look at the back of the fridge, find the drain line and clean it.

  2. It doesn't need to be set on maximum as long as it is10 degrees it should be fine the water could be either it is too cold or the drainage hole at the back is blocked.

You can buy little fridge thermometers to keep in the fridge that way you are always sure the temperature is right,

  3. if you have an ice maker and a water dispenser, there is a chance that the 1/4" tube that feeds the water despenser has pulled out a bit. It is very ez to remove the face plate cover from the outside of the fridge to expose the water despenser and  you can see if the tube has moved or is leaking

  4. if you have a water dispenser , then water from there is probably leaking to the bottom of your fridge .

    if not :

your fridge might just have a lot of condensation .

    [hope this helps !!]

  5. There should be somewhere at the back of the fridge where water should drain through a little hole.It may be blocked up.You can clear it by sticking a knitting needle or the like into it a few times.Should clear it.

  6. You may have a blocage on the hole at the back at the botton in the centre, normaly, this is a sort of escape for the water that forms , normaly the humidity will go down there and evaporate as it leads to a hot part of the fridge, push a flexible knitting needle down to free it off gently, this may help.

  7. I take care of 84 apts and this happens all the time. The line that runs from inside your freezer down to the drain pan is frozen. Fairly easy fix. Remove all freezer contents. should be 4 screws on bottom section of freezer. Take them out and remove whole bottom floor of freezer.Remove the long vertical cover on the back wall of freezer. should be small Styrofoam block exposed now. CAREFULLY REMOVE an this will expose where the drain is. You will have to remove ALL  the ice that is showing (do not chip with screwdriver) once removed take a coffee mug with hot water and poor some on the whole and use a small rod or metal coat hanger to poke down the hole. You will have to do this a few times and when the water you used goes down the tube the drain is clear wipe freezer dry and replace all items you removed. Do not use lots of water, it might leak out of pan and get floor wet. the heat of the motor will evaporate the rest. BE SURE TO UNPLUG FRIDGE BEFORE STARTING FOR SAFETY! this might take a half hr or so but will save you the $70/hr appliance techs charge.
