Why do racewalkers, especially the men, look so g*y?

What appears to be an exaggerated swivel to the hip is, in fact, a full rotation of the pelvis. Athletes aim to move the pelvis forward, and to minimize sideways motion in order to achieve maximum forward propulsion  This hip swivel often makes them appear like they are swishing their hips and may look to some as g*y.

Maybe it has something to do with them looking as if they've just been banged up the r****m by a dozen black men. It must've been painful.
