On the Oregon recycling website it says to have it out by 6AM. If I know my recycling is taken away in the afternoon, can't i take it out in the morning?

  1. The day you put it out late morning is the day your town decides to switch the route and do the former last stop first and the former first stop last.

Murphy's Law is still in effect.

I think it is just easier for the govt's workers to say everyone put the containers out by 6 am than to say

The northwest section from XX street east to YY Street and south to ZZ Street need to have it out by 6am and the north east section from YY Street, east to AA Street and South to BB Street have it out by 11 am and the southwest section .....you get the idea.

you can get much information in this website, If you will check anyone blue link in website.

  3. you can do whatever you want with it lol but they probably do that to make sure everybody has their cans out cause some people's routes are earlier than others
