Why do restaurants wait so long to change their grease?

I visited a local Mc Donalds this morning I ordered a southern chicken biscuit. This is their latest breakfast creation if you have'nt tried it yet it is usually very good. It is a morning alternative to sausage which theirs is so greasy. Well this morning I opened my sandwich when I got to work and it was very dark in color I would say it was burnt; but when I phoned the store located at teautonia and villard in milwaukee. The manager became very angry when I told her the sandwich was dark tasting burnt. Her explanation was they have'nt changed their grease yet and that's just how it looks until they do how gross. She did not offer my money back or an apology. I thought to myself have we become so programed to eat anything or except any explanation for poor service. I will not patronize this location any more. If anyone has a comment can you please help me understand why the health department does fine these restaurants because they clearly must know they can get away with it.

i would complin to the head corperation of mcdonalds. when i was in culinary school we changed our deep fryer oil every week. thats just nasty. i say dont go there again if there so lazy to change oil imagine what else they might do. thats not fair to you or abyone else.

Email the home office of McDonald's. They will get a hold of the manager and give her h**l for being rude and not changing the grease.  Believe me they don't like negative reports.They will send you certificates for your food.
