I was just in Paris and heard drunken revelers singing this song all night. What does it have to do with rugby?

  1. Its something the poms sing to keep themselves entertained because god knows, their boring no trying scoring side cant :)~

  2. Its just a song the English sing at their matches, in Ireland we have "the fields of athenry" both songs have nothing to do with rugby. Similar to soccer the Liverpool fans sing "You'll never walk alone" and West Ham sing "im forever blowing bubbles" ....its the nature of sport where fans sing these songs and the songs become know for a particular team, when the team "hear" their song they get spured on

  3. Lol, ---> laughs at first guy's answer..... Lol.

It's a hymne that was adopted for the 'pom's world cup attempts to take the world cup. Rugby.

You never heard that one? Hymne?..... Oh!!
