Why do secruity guard companies try to nickle and dime former employees who have quit?

That is the way they are and they have such a high turn over they get money from  you any way they can . That is why I laugh when a rent- a- d**k tells me something. I even use to do it. Trucking companies are the same way except they try to get you to do every thing payroll deduction.
