Why do so many Hollywood entertainers often die young living the good life?

The so called "Good life" is killing them. The longest living and healthiest people come from poor or modest areas like the Balkans where hard physical work is the norm and the food quantities are small but fresh and natural without so much additives and preservatives. Their life is simple and often happy without all the stresses associated with stardom and fame.
