I am sad to see so many people everywhere who are judged by race, weight, and other things! If you are someone who judges people on something can you tell me what and why? I am american and no one judges me because there are so many white people in america. What I really hate is racist people who judge o skin color. I think thats just plain mean and rood.

  1. im not really sure.

people like to find faults in others

    to make themselves feel better.

behavior is a mirror in which everyone shows

his image. people will see others who judge for

what they really are soon enough.

  2. I believe that people judge and critics other people because they are not happy with them self and by that way they see the defects on other and it makes them feel better....they also judge their actions because deep inside they wish they had the courage to be like them...

  3. People judge for the same reasons that they label.  "We don't know who we ARE until we know who we are NOT"

Base concept behind the hate and ignorance:  "othering"

Othering is a way of defining and securing one’s own positive identity through the stigmatization of an "other."  Whatever the markers of social differentiation that shape the meaning of "us" and "them," whether they are racial, geographic, ethnic, economic or ideological, there is always the danger that they will become the basis for a self-affirmation that depends upon the denigration of the other group.

***HATING others for ignorant behavior seldom solves problems.

    Good Luck!

  4. Wow,I love this question.  People judge each other because they don't have any respect for other peoples lifestyle.  People judge by skin color because of statistics that are released by the government. When I watch the news I always hear about someone being killed by an African American. Other people watch that and think all African Americans kill people. This question can never be answered.

  5. You are correct, it is 'mean' and it is 'rude' to judge anyone by skin tones, or their sexual preferences or their religious practices. After all, there are good, bad, mean, dumb, nasty, pious, righteous and lovely  individuals in all races and creeds.

Some people do judge others out of fear and other rational reasoning's, while others do so out of un~rational reasoning's, they do so because they have learned that 'It's ok to behave this way, this is what you do - to them' (whoever 'them' is) and, it is a Disability.

That way of none-thinking does not 'enable' them to be whole in a whole community, they are 'dis~enabled' by that way of none~thinking and as such, are disabled.

I have been judged by white who assume because I am white, then I think as they do.  While, I have been judged by none whites who assume that because I am white, I must think the the same as other whites.

It's not nice to have all these hands up my backside working me like a ventriloquist dummy, trying to put their words into MY mouth.

Personally, I just hate the lack of thought and the bland usage of  assumptions.

    Sash.

  6. It IS plain mean and rude! And ignorant! Mostly, I've found, people pass judgment based on their insecurities. But, their up bringing also plays a hand, and sadly there is way too much of it, especially for this day and age! Some people may feel threatened by differences, be it skin color or weight, bc they see too many faults in themselves, so rather and try to "fix" their own problems, they lash out at anything that is different than what they are and pretend they are 'better' in some way. And, some people, I believe may just be simply evil and have no real rhyme or reason for being so full of hate. I honestly believe you should never judge another person until you've lived their life, but on the other hand, that requires not judging the people that judge others...  I've never understood how one could hate some one from a different culture only due to different skin color, yet are fine with cultures that share their skin tone. Europeans are considered to be white, and Americans are more apt to accept them moving in on "their" territory than someone of African or Hispanic descent. But, honestly, what's the difference?

  7. maybe their brought up that way, the way society pictures them.
