  1. because ~ 80% of them are for the first time on yahoo answer and they  don't know the rules or maybe because they solve their problems and don't care to vote best answer .

  2. Sometimes, I cannot make it to Answers. I try, but 10% of the time it doesn't happen. This might happen because I have a huge essay to complete, have to work more than usual, go away etc. If I can, I pick best answers but sometimes it doesn't work out. Please don't hate me :(  Oh, and of course, sometimes I just completely forget.

  3. Sometimes none are the best answer, other times, for example in the case of a poll, they don't want to be biased because it is based on opinion. Sometimes it is just because it was forgotten or hard to choose.

  4. sometimes i am messy, i ask too many and forget to close em, then i miss the dead line, makes me feel bad!

  5. lazy.

  6. i was wondering that my self. i was thinking that mabye people just dont know how or that it's there... or as someone else said dont want to be biased. on the other hand they could just be to lazy to do it :P
