Why do so many people focus on crimes of illegal immigrants...

but fail to recognize the crimes committed against them? The following article not only speaks about the recent beating/ murder of an illegal immigrant in Pennsylvania, but further reports hate crimes against others - including the DECAPITATION of three Mexican children.

Shouldn't ALL crimes be judged based on the crime itself and not the status of the person? Shouldn't ALL criminals be punished accordingly - instead of just focusing on "the illegals"?

(PLEASE READ ARTICLE BEFORE ANSWERING & REFRAIN FROM HATE COMMENTS, OR DO NOT ANSWER. THANK YOU.)

  1. I talk about Crimes commited to illegal immigrants all the tiem.  Guess what they are more often also crimes commited by their own people.  That is how crimes work.  If you look at the history of ethnic mobs, they start out, by attacking their own peole.  Italian gangs attack Italians.  Chinese gangs atack chinese business owners.   The reason is that their own people know their vulnerability and prey on them.  I have a friend of a family who has an adult day car.  His main costumers are hispanics.  My father ask why there is no Armenians, which the own by Armenians.   When I was alone with my father, I explain to him, that if he has Armenian customers, the Armenian gangs would more likely hit his business for cash.   Illegalimmigrants are especially vulnerable.   They carry cash instead of putting in the bank.  Hispanics understand it better than other ethnic groups and illegal immigrants understand it better than legal Hispanics.  They know their pattern on moving their money and how they save the money.   They know how to hit them to steal their cash.   They know that illegal immigrants are afraid of reporting crimes to the police, even in cities like LA, where we make sure illegal immigrants understand we won't deport illegal immigrants for reporting crimes.

And as for all crimes be punished accordingly, yes.  Illegal immigration itself is a crime, though.   I strongly belive that illegal immigrants should be encourage to sue employers if they prey upon illegal immigrants.   Of course that means less employers would want to hire them too.   We are a country, of law, and if we start ignoring one law, other laws would weaken as well.

  2. Because the choose to ingnore stories like:

"Los Angeles, Alta California -(ACN) Murderous ogres are today getting away with the horrific killings of undocumented Mexican immigrants due in part to uncaring and often racist USA law enforcement agencies. Anti-immigrant hysteria, resulting in a series of heinous murders of undocumented immigrants that have included women and children."

The most recent murder of Mexican immigrants occurred at 2:30 AM this past Sunday in west Columbus, Ohio. Ten Mexican immigrants from Leon, Guanajuato were burned to death when an arsonist set their rented apartment building on fire in the early morning hours. Three of the ten where children; Jesus, 6, Jose, 3, and Enrique, 2. Their mother Lidia Mejia, age 22, and their father Ismael Noriega, age 36, also perished in the flames.

The following Friday, the murdered children's uncle, Policarpio Espinoza Perez, 22, and their cousin Adan Espinoza Canela, 17, came to the apartment to support the family and were promptly arrested by the Baltimore police when a neighbor pointed them out as persons she saw visiting the apartment on prior occasions. The accused relatives of the family, unable to speak English, were interrogated by the police utilizing notoriously incompetent language translators and the two young men ended up being booked for the murder of the three immigrant Mexican children. One piece of evidence that the police say they have is bloody clothing and shoes found in the home of Adan Espinoza Canela who worked for an area slaughterhouse.

The third horrid case occurred on Sunday February 1  in Fremont, California. Maria Esperanza Hernandez, 39, of Central Mexico, left her home at 2:30 in the morning, accompanied by her 19 year old daughter for a long walk to work in the laundry room of the Fremont Care Center. The daughter, Maria del Carmen Castillo Hernandez, had accompanied her mother for safety reasons because Maria Esperanza Hernandez had missed her ride.

At approximately 5 in the morning residents were awaken by blood curling screams from the mother and daughter who were being clubbed to death in the street. One resident was able to come out in time to observe a white youth in his twenties standing over the dead bodies. The witness also observed a car with three white men just watching the brutal murders. The witness said that the youth than ran and the car sped away, turning its lights off. Next to the two bodies the murderer left a bloody wooden club he used to bludgeon the mother and daughter to death.

  3. "Crime is a Crime" but illegal immigration is the "Limelight" or you can say "The new trend is anti-immigration". Violence against them has increased significantly, and all you hear about is the the crime they commit, You never hear about the good! A good example is the crime sweep on gangs in East Phoenix yesterday. The media's article states that gang sweeps were made to get bad guys off the streets, but they never talked about the "White Power" tattoos these gang members had. But if it was Hispanics gang members, they would make sure you knew that they were Hispanic, and maybe even say that they are suspected to be illegals.

What's fueling increase in violence against Latinos?

    http://www.venturacountystar.com/news/20...

"The poisonous residue of immigrant scapegoating has accumulated in the margins, fueling the rise of hate groups setting their sights on Latinos, regardless of citizenship status.

According to a recent study published by the Southern Poverty Law Center, hate crimes are on the rise, with attacks on Latinos increasing in tandem with the intensification of the immigration debate. Since 2000, the number of hate groups has swelled by 48 percent, and attacks on Latinos have spiked by 35 percent between 2003 and 2006. While anti-immigrant candidates are repeatedly thrashed in national elections, this has not stopped their like-minded progeny in the street from taking matters into their own hands, confident that their actions are legitimized by what's happening around them.

This can be attributed to the fact that the anti-immigrant movement has crafted in the public mind the archetype of the undocumented immigrant as Latino, criminal, and a threat to the "American way of life."

  4. strange to say but i agree with slew and i had been thinking a lot about this already for a while , Criminals of all kinds usually do commit crimes against their own more often than they do against any other , however because of that in particular the fact than some just keep talking about the crimes committed by undocumented has led me to conclude than the particular group of people who keep doing that will use any kind of crimes to make others fear the undocumented and to create hate against them even when most of those crimes by undocumented are mostly being committed against other undocumented . so just to make it clear the reason why they keep posting about crimes is because creating HATE and FEAR is important for those groups to operate .

by the way if the undocumented were legalized it would not be  equal to ignore the law but to create new laws which actually work and which are according to logic . when a law is not working then that law has to be changed it is a simple concept . i find pretty disgusting than some would use the pain of others to try to demonize the rest of the undocumented who were not involved in any way in the pain of that person whose pain they ( hate groups and haters ) use with out any kind of respect .

  5. See the thing is,is that if illegals werent breaking the law ,then they wouldnt be here ,then they wouldnt be involved in crimes here.So the best way to solve the problem, would be for them to stay where they belong.

Edit: 12 US citizens are murdered each day by illegal aliens, thats alot considering the number of illegals here compared to Citizens.

  6. Very easy and very simple. It is Goebbels' principle of negative propaganda against someone. That nice guy, hum...what was his name....Adolf, used it in Germany in the 1930s against somebody called the Jews

Now that I think of it, it looks like there is a certain similitude with those circumstances, don't you think ?

  7. Because illegals commit more crimes than they have crimes committed against them.

  8. Please link to someone who mentioned crimes of illegals but does not recognize the crimes against them.

    Bet ya can't.

This sounds like more pro-illegal propaganda and a huge pile of bull to me.

So there are crimes against illegals, yes we know that, if they weren't' here, those crimes would have never been committed, isn't' that right.

Let's round up all the illegals and deport them to keep them safe from crimes being committed against them LOL>

  9. A crime is a crime. I think that criminal behavior stems fromt he individual, not their race. i do not at all understand why we focus on illegal immigrants commiting all the crimes. everyday crimes are commited by people of every race, citizenship status, etc. Recently here, we had a 19 yr old girl kidnapped, raped, and her body was found in a field. she was taken from her home by the University campus in the middle of the night. Who took her? not an illegal immigrant. a serial rapist that has been lurking around campus and raping innocent students.Crimes are commited by all kinds of people

  10. That's funny,

from what I have seen, most pro's only see the crimes against illegals, not the many crimes illegals commit.

I guess these criminals can do no wrong in some people's eyes.

  11. The Jews were not coming into the country illegally, and so far I don't see us putting the illegals into concentration camps, really no comparison.

  12. Interesting question.  Ideally all crimes should be treated equally.  Certain crimes, under hate inhancements are in fact judged more severly.  But this is also another aspect to the illegal immigration.  (Setting aside the ILLEGAL part for a sec)  By living essentally in a shadow culture, many crimes go unreported, in addition to the housing and employment laws that are ignored.  Immigrants to our communaties should be welcomed.  Others who wave the Mexican flag on American soil (May 8th protest) smuggle drugs, exploit people, and live here illegally should not be welcomed.

  13. First things first, they have commited a crime just by being in the U.S. Anything that happens to LAWBREAKERS happens to them....Maybe if the LAWBREAKERS leave this country, they could commit crimes in thier own country. Aztlan is a fairy tale. Get Over It And Get Out

  14. Because those crimes would NOT have been committed if the illegal criminal alien invaders had remained in their OWN country.

  15. Hey Yo

There are a lot people who are Looking for weak Excuses!!

    Bye

    The Bad Guy Razor Ramon

  16. Score so far this year:

    United States 1

Criminal Invaders 10,00 I'm not saying that it is right. Just that Criminal Invaders kill a lot more people in the US than people in the US kill them!

  17. For starters : there are so many illegal mexicans...probably 20 million of them, that snuck into our country....instead of being honest....so, there are sooooooo many of them...like cockroaches...breeding and scurrying about !!!!!
