Why do so many people who aren't American citizens trying to get into American politics?

I mean, there's this one guy on YouTube whose username is AngryAussie (http://www.youtube.com/angryaussie) and he had a video talking all about freakin' Obama. Why the h**l can't people living in other countries talk about their own countries' politics rather than America's politics?

1. The US's politics effect the entire world, especially places like Aussie and the UK.

2. Their own politics are boring as and useless.

3. They wish they could vote in our elections.

The real irony is they truly do not care about their own elections.

I'm sure they'll say what the USA does effects the whole world, when actually everything every country does effects the whole world, Iran, North Korea.

We're their movie stars, their entertainment ...

It's simple enough, a country as powerful as the USA should hold everyone's interest, even those outside of it, as it can affect their country's interests.  Do you honestly think the citizens of Iraq don't know we have an election in 5 months? That there "might" be a possibility that troops will be withdrawn within the next year, or the next 4 years instead?  The reason you as an American aren't as concerned with the English Labor Party, or the German CDU or SPD, is because America isn't dependent upon them so much as they are upon the US.  That's the downside to being a Superpower, is the country has so much sway in the world that it's politics affects even others outside of their borders.

Because the US likes to get into other countries politics. So people in the world sees it at their right to do it back at the US. Cannot complain when you do it too.
