Why do so many wealthy black people not feel the need to pay taxes?

Theyre usually the most liberal as well. Yeah I know, plenty of whites dont pay either but a disproportionate amount are usually in the spotlight owing back taxes. Is it from the street mentality of 'nobody be gettin' my money' even after they made it rich?

Blacks re no different than other Americans as far as paying or not paying their share of taxes.
