Why do some Arab Muslims stare at a woman who doesn't cover her face?

I went to an area in Dearborn, MI(I think it was dearborn anyway as there was lots of Arabic writing there and lots of Arabs) with my hubby to ship a car to the Middle East, and didn't wear my Niqab. The Arab men would come outside doing their jobs and just stare at me and the car I was in(I was waiting for my husband to finish up with shipping the car). Also, the next time I go to Dearborn, do you suggest I cover my face, so I don't get stared at again, as that seems to me, the only way the Arab Muslim men won't stare at a woman.

 I f*****g hate arabs, the women are quiet nice but the guys are 99% of the time, complete f**k ups.
