  4. I do know that long ago when they lived in their wigwams they would pluck their facial hairout by the roots but please dont ask me why.

They do, it just isn't very thick.  We all roughly have the same number of hairs as chimps, they just aren't as thick.  The same can be said of most bald people.   Since beards should provide useful protection from males hunting things such as bears, it is a good question why it isn't thicker.  Perhaps it is simple sexual selection and more hygienic.

  6. It's pretty much up to choice, although theres a common stereotype that American Indians "can't" grow facial hair, which is untrue.
