Why do some bed and breakfasts prohibit children under a certain age from staying there?

  1. A lot of couples looking to get away from kids stay at B&Bs. Also, honeymooners who would rather a bunch of screaming kids were not there.


  2. Most bed and breakfasts do this because their clientele is seeking a place to get away from children.  Many times these establishments are small and the "noise" of a child may seem really loud in such a place.
