Probably because at some point in their career they had everything on the line trying to reach their dreams.. Now they are wealthy because they never quit despite the falls they took

First, they don't.  Nobody does.  Credit scoring systems don't go negative.

Second, their credit scores are private, so whoever told you something about their scores is making it up.
