Question:

Why do some biros' ink burst?

is it because of the heat, or is there some other reason?!?

anyone knows what i can do to prevent it?

  1. Because the pressure acting on it from all sides are not balanced.(just like when u write on a wall,the ink moves backward an stops writing.So try turning ur biro edge downwards when u keep it so all the ink don't move to only a place an burst it.Keep in a not too warm area to prevent the biro from expanding.


  2. I never saw a ball-point pen "burst" in 30 years! You must have some really junky pens.

    Buy better pens.

    .

  3. Poor manufacturing standards.

    Buy "Bic" for quality.

    Or use a pencil.
