Like for example:

- 22/05/07

- 25/17/07

- 19/10/07

& any moth that would get over 12.

I always see it...

Like on MySpace it would say last login date: 19/08/07

What are those dates called? Or how would you know which month they are exactly talking about?

  1. Different countries use different ways of showing the dates.  Canada and the U.S. are different, and for the life of me , I can't remember which is which because I see both of them regularly. One of your examples though has me puzzled  "25/17/07 " ..did you make that one up?

  2. In most of the world, dates are written day-month-year instead of month-day-year as they are in the U.S. and Canada.

It's the international standard, so a number of websites default to it.

  3. They're written that way in Europe and in a lot of other countries. There is no 25/17/07. 22/05/07 is the 22nd of May, 2007.

  4. This is the British way of writing the date: day, month year.

In the US you do it month, day, year.

  5. When the date is in that form the month is second and the day is first.  The first example of 22/05/07 is May 22, 2007.

  6. are you american?

    cos in england

    24/03/07 would be 24th of March 2007

because the first number is the day

    second - month

    third- year

in america the day and month are other way round
