Why do some denominations think they have a claim on heaven?

There are denominations that say that whatever they say down here on earth is also done in heaven. Why do some denominations think they have a stake on what goes on in heaven, yet they have never shown any miracles on earth as proof of these claims?

Christianity is one denomination of crazy egoism.  There's lots of others.  They all think they're the right ones, otherwise it wouldn't be egotistic, would it?

First of all I believe in the Bible from front to back. Evidence is what one believes.

Denominations stake in religion which is man made.

God resides in Heaven. His begotten son (Christ) is at the right hand. There are promises to us believers in Christ. A new body. A mansion of many rooms. No more pain. This is for all who have accepted Christ.

PROOF...is whats not seen. By faith is what is believed. We don't lean on understanding.

Because Jesus told Peter that whatsoever he bound on earth would be bound in heaven...but He also gave Peter the keys to the kingdom of  heaven because Peter recognized the true deity of Jesus.  As christians (not any particular denomination) we all have a stake on what goes on in heaven...for that is where we lay up our treasures and our treasures, our jewels are lost souls.

Man has no claim on heaven.  The bible is the first and last word on the road to and what to expect when you get there on Heaven.

Man can fool himself all he wants but if it is not in the bible there is no claim.

I don't see denomination anywhere in the bible.

"Planetary indulgence" is a Catholic thing.  Aren't you Catholic?

But I do agree that most of the other Christian denominations also feel that they are the only ones going to heaven.

there are many deluded people wo are easily led and not strong enough to believe what is written in the bible and alter the bible to their

own ends.

Jehovah's witnesses come to mind when they say they are the only ones who will be saved

  I  do  have a claim of  Heaven,,I  belong  to no religion

  but  I  am  saved  and  I  believe in God  and his  Son,

  and  I  also  pray,go  to  church, and have a great  deal of

  faith in God,so  i  have no  doubt  that  Heaven  await,s me.
