  1. Because feminists have deep-seated insecurities with their own identities. Though they may not even be aware of it.

  2. I'm a feminist and I'm attractive and I don't resent anyone, except maybe bigots, fundamentalists and most Republicans.

  3. You're making this too simple. Being attractive to men isn't the problem. Being physically attractive to men with no indication of other redeeming qualities is the problem.

  4. That's an unfair statement with no factual basis. That picture in fact lessens the small point you were attempting to make. I am a feminist, and I am considered very attractive to most men and myself.

The point that the activist is making is that with men thinking women are sexual objects, women, and ALL women (including Hillary Clinton, who struggles to hide her sexuality as she is quite aware of the focus on it when she simply wants to make points across) are treated in this way: non human, devoid of feeling, love, etc...simply their for the approval of men, etc...

...this is dangerous because this is how assault and rapes ensue...

...research shows there is a direct correlation between p**n abusers and rapists among other things...

...another problem is that in the work setting, I personally don't enjoy that being the target when I'm trying to remain professional...

...or men making unwarranted comments at me *YES AT ME*

...or trying to use intimidation factors...

    ...need I go on?

There is a time and place for everything.

  5. thats not the problem. and you find overly tanned, bleached blonde bimbos in neon orange shorts attractive? hahahhha! to me, those girls are not attractive.

  6. For the same reason others resent it; lack of confidence in themselves.
