Why do some friends of mine act drunk a lot?

a few of my friend's act drunk and do NOT realize they are faking it...why would that be?

trying to fit in?

want an excuse to do things they would not do when sober or just plain know they should not do?  hhmmm

they want to do the right thing by not getting drunk but want to be cool so act drunk..

are insecure and not comfortable with what people think of them so they feel people would like them more if they are drunk and do stupid things?

**but know that everyone knows they are faking it.  It's obvious.  Everyone always distinguishes a drunk from a fake drunk.  It's embarrassing both ways, but even more embarrassing that that want to be that way.

Maybe they're just trying to have a good time. A lot of drunk people have fun so maybe for your friends to have fun, they act drunk or a little wild.
